This is not only my son's favorite and most adorable hat. Felicia's customer service at Born to Love is second to none. It was a pleasure working with her. Their hats are made from extremely high quality materials and fit like a glove. My little man is 12 months and the XS fits him perfectly - however he is in the 90th percentile for head circumference ;) We get compliments on these hats everyday and I hope this review will convince anyone who reads this to buy them to buy. .
