The sound quality will be 1/5 stars. However, DO NOT bend them wrong, I'm afraid they will definitely break. Syncs with Windows Gaming Laptop - MSIGE63 Raider RGB and syncs with iPhone 7. Support: Haven't spoken to them yet so can't rate. The quality pair I received was not of the highest quality. The music sounds like underwater and is very difficult to hear. Also, the volume button on them doesn't work for me. I have to hold down the slide button to decrease or increase the volume, the maximum pressure is up or down. The microphone is fine, I used these headphones to play games with friends and the sounds I heard were not of very good quality. I heard gunshots, my friends talking and footsteps as if I were underwater. I've read other reviews on this product and they might be right where their headphones worked really well. I liked the layout of the buttons. It sticks out over the part of the device. So you can feel the keys. To remove the headphones, you then have to press the small button on the inside towards your neck. father's consent? Send them back and get something else. my consent?
