Unhappy with the Products and Service from HOUNDSBAY

I recently bought something from HOUNDSBAY, and I have to admit that I am dissatisfied with both their goods and customer service. I had great aspirations for HOUNDSBAY since I value quality and dependability, however they were unmet. First first, the shoe care items I bought did not perform as promised. Despite carefully following the instructions, utilizing the products did not improve the appearance of my shoes. The shoe trees, in my opinion, are fragile and not strong enough to maintain the shape of my shoes. Also of low quality, the shoe horns broke after only a few uses. To make matters worse, HOUNDSBAY's customer service was unhelpful. They responded with unhelpful comments and a lack of empathy when I sought out to them to convey my displeasure. I was disappointed and irritated by their refusal to provide a refund or swap for the defective goods. Overall, given my experience, I am unable to endorse HOUNDSBAY. The customer service was inadequate, the products were of poor quality, and they did not perform as promised. In the future, I'll do business somewhere else.
