False advertising. This product is not recommended for panel repairs on the exterior of a vehicle.

False advertising. The review description says "Specifically designed for use with putty and fiberglass for this rust treatment." Why did I purchase this product. I received the product and the tin says "Not recommended for sheet metal body repairs" above the instructions (in bold).
