We bought the set at the beginning of May and have been using it several times a week since then. They are very light and smaller compared to the previous brand we have had for years. Our dogs are 16 and 18 pounds and these collars seem comfortable. We really like that the vibration and shock levels are adjustable. Our dogs respond to beeps and vibrations 99% of the time, so we rarely need to shock them. We've found that they bark a lot less and only get a call by wearing collars - dogs seem to know they need to behave in a way that avoids vibration. The transmitter appears to be of good quality and small. It's a little hard to see in very bright sunlight, but it's a minor issue if you've got the settings you prefer. Finally, we had an issue with a dog that required contact with the support team. They were fantastic and helped us with our problem very quickly. Would buy this brand again in the future.
