We bought this after much research. Several independent websites have called this model "the best of the best". I watched their installation video directly on the company's website which helped me with the installation (above the sink). Our biggest tip is the taste of the water. We've been drinking ONLY Arrowhead for many years because we're so picky about the taste. This water actually tastes better than Arrowhead! It's so clean and transparent that nothing floats in the glass. Aside from the device itself, a case of water now costs us about 12 cents plus no plastic in our landfills. I highly recommend this model. UPDATE: Still very happy with the product after 9 months of use. I love that the company releases how-to videos that make installation and maintenance easy. There are no problems with the product at all.
