They fit me. I'm in between sizes and it's hard to find belts that aren't too bulky. For me the biggest problem is also the back of my pants waistband, these straps do a good job of bridging gaps in the butt where a traditional front strap won't fit. It pulls the front of your pants waistband quite hard all over your body, so keep that in mind for comfort, looks, and whatnot. That's not a problem for me, since most of my trousers and the like sit directly on the hips, so they don't change the profile, don't press on the skin or anything like that. I would recommend them. It's nice not having to struggle with my harness to go to the bathroom or change clothes etc. I also appreciate that these harnesses are mostly invisible when worn. I ordered a pack of as many colors as possible to match most of my pants. And if I can't match, I'm good at coordinating. I'm currently between a women's size 6 and 8. Recently I've lost a lot of weight with a size 20. I don't know my measurements but whatever > Regardless of my size, straps have always been a problem. I can never find leather thongs that are the right size, either I have too much thong tail or so little that if I grow at all I'll need a new thong. Also, the added bulk of leather belts and buckles never bothered me, nor do they do anything about the gap in the buttocks that women's pants have, especially those of us with badonk-a-donk butts. But these elastic bands are amazing. .
