Product broke after 4 months. Initially the product worked well and was fairly easy to use. This is probably why this product has a higher rating. I bet many will come back in a few months and give a lower rating. The product turns on, lights up and makes all the typical sounds, but the water does not heat up, even after several attempts to heat the water in a row. Worse still, the company, the distributor and Revain point the finger at other parties and no one takes responsibility. Get to know Turkish coffee and you will see how easy it is to prepare it. BUY THE CHEAPER OPTION, which is likely to be more reliable.
