My daughter is worried because her stomach hurts. It helps her sleep and also relieves menstrual cramps. Lavender in just the right amount and softens after a few uses. Just be careful not to heat it too much at once or you'll burn the internal materials. We did this on our first elephant and had to replace it. We found that a minute in the microwave, then shaking and going back for 30 seconds worked great!
