Edit: After a few minutes of use, one of the four I bought is noisy, warm and harsh. I'll make sure they do an exchange. These are pretty good pillows at a very good price. The bearings are very soft. They are advertised as self-leveling. They are, but the alignment feature is very rigid. Maybe some lube would help. It's not that important.
