I would recomend order ing the smallest size you are comfortable in.
This is a good quality made product. I wish I would have ordered a medium instead of a large tho. I have purchased other similar skorts on amazon in size large and they fit tighter. The pleats look best when the skort is tight. The material is very stretchy and I don't like the way it looks loose. It is not especially short, I personally would prefer it shorter. But overall I would highly recommend it. Hope this review helps others buy the right size the first time. It is very cute and the pocket is plenty big to fit my phone.
