Unreliable, fragile switch

If there is 0 stars I would rate it 0 stars or -1 star. We purchased this light on December 17, 2019 and today (April 9, 2019) the power switch for the light broke. into two parts, and the tin wire flows out from a 4-year-old boy. We have previously used this light above the boy's desk. This is a super dangerous case! The child was almost electrocuted! So the switch of this light is super unreliable, super dangerous for the baby! Even a 4 year old.
