I started getting moderate back pain and some sciatica at week 18. Pains. I felt a bit silly getting the maternity belt but now I'm so glad I got it. This one isn't too thick and is light in color so I can wear it under my clothes and not be too noticeable. It is very easy to adjust the size and since wearing it my back pain and sciatica have decreased significantly. I only wear it 3-4 hours during the day when I'm on my feet at work. Also when I sit at my desk for a long time or sit on the floor for a long time (like a picnic or something) then I wear it and it helps a lot. It just lifts the stomach a bit and squeezes the back nicely to avoid pain.
