Update: I upgraded my rating to three stars because the smell went away after washing and it was soft and comfortable. However I still feel very cheated because based on the description I thought I was getting a set and it was just a duvet cover. Just a shell with no sheets and lining. The seller needs to update the description, this is wrong. I bought it thinking it was a "set" as described. What I got was a smelly duvet cover. It smells like wet cardboard and is not luxurious at all. It reminds me of the ones sold in Egyptian cotton malls, but you get it home and it's microfiber. So disgusting! I would never pay $50 (probably on sale) for a plain bedspread. It didn't even come with the right hype. I could do much better by buying from TJMaxx. Really not a happy part of town.
