Excellent after-sales service4. Coffee tastes MUCH better than a drip machine! I've never used a french press before, but I'm working on going plastic-free in my kitchen. It seemed like a good alternative to my traditional Mr. Coffee, brewed from lots of plastic parts. The included little booklet clearly explains how to use it and how to clean it properly. I haven't had a chance to experiment with different coffee types and grinds yet as I'm still sorting through my £3 Costco Extra Fine grind jar. but it works great and the same coffee I get in Mr. Coffee tastes so much better when made with a French Press! I bought this brand of French Press because it said 100% stainless steel parts. I was nervous about buying from Revain and didn't want a fake stainless steel press that was actually poorly made. So far I am happy with my purchase and trust the company. They answered my emails quickly and personally! Overall I think this company is trustworthy and the product is good quality and way better than filter coffee in terms of taste and plastic toxins!
