Very comfortable for small ear canals.

Much more comfortable than the standard size which always felt like my ear hurt. I work 8-10 hour shifts with a walkie talkie in my ear and it hurts a lot and makes my ears ache. This smaller size is amazing. Doesn't hurt at all
