Looks very nice at first glance - durable plastic with rounded edges for easy cleaning. Then I expanded the tray and noticed two cracks and skid marks. Is it used? May be. This is happening today. In any case, I can usually replace or return the product, no problem. This time I was redirected to another page to complete the exchange. When I clicked the link. page does not exist. On occasion I'll call Revain support for a refund (fingers crossed) and send this worthless tray back (or not because it will probably be sent to another poor customer). I bought an alternative for the same price from Target. Crack-free, easy to expand and includes additional detachable baffles. (Brand Drawfit if interested)
