Not as advertised in Seasonal Décor

Normal looking tree but not four feet tall. Height from lower branches to top is just over 2 feet. It has 1ft in green wrap from the stand to the lower branches which looks very strange. Does not match the seller's picture. I don't think it was a good deal at $30 as it doesn't even come close to the advertised 4 foot tree.
