My experience has changed 100%. I had a small issue which can cause you to get a faulty cable with any product. What did this company do? They contacted me and turned this problem into a positive experience. My cables work, look great, I am very happy with this company and this product and would recommend 100%. Customer service was very very good. Unlike others who have an auto email reply. These men and women actually wrote serious and detailed emails to help me with this faulty cable and now I have others that work and they have made me very happy. These cords are amazingly valuable and amazing. And when I didn't work, they immediately corrected the situation. Can't say I expected this kind of customer service as I usually get automated email replies to resolve issues. This company really had people working to fix the situation. I will buy these cables again when I need more. 10/10 purchase!
