If you tape your mouth to sleep, this is what you need. I learned about tape to mouth and added an Instagram ad for an expensive brand and it changed my life. However, I was paying $20 a month for these strips and figured there must be a better alternative. I tried regular skin tape but it left a sticky residue in my mouth. However, this one is perfect. It stays on all night and removes easily and painlessly, but doesn't leave a sticky residue.
