I had to replace parts (leftovers from my old gaming chair) after only a few weeks. The back is very uncomfortable (rock hard). After 2 months the screws/bolts holding the armrests have literally sheared off so they can't even be replaced. Finally, after 3 months, this POS just collapsed (I weigh 160 pounds) and became unusable. So if you have money to waste and enjoy being sick in the morning from sitting at your computer, this is something I totally recommend. If you (on the other hand) don't have money to give away and want to feel good. Stay away from this product. Here's the thing, after posting this review I was offered a $16.99 mouse pad as compensation. Talk about adding insults to injuries. Stay away from this product! PS Finally they refunded the full amount! However, my evaluation of the product stands because I really think it is right and cannot and do not want to buy it. However, the customer service seems to be way better than the product!
