It's ok, I like the look but it needed a change. Continue reading.

They installed the bulbs as advertised and looked great out of the box. Prime shipping has always been fast and bonus. It's free! Now for the problem with those headlights; First, I couldn't get them to work properly. After disassembling the multimeter, I found that the wiring on the headlight harness was reversed; The blue and black wires had to be unplugged/swapped and re-glued to seal the connector (you can use an RTV I'm sure but I didn't have it handy). Basically, my high beam was always dark in the middle with my low beam projectors and my high beam only when the brightness was selected and normal. My high beam was always on in the truck. They basically had a common ground/return point on the low beam side of their connector (two black wires connected to the same pin) and a low beam on the common ground/return rather than where the low beam wire was supposed to go. After I (CAREFULLY) cleaned the sealant on the back of the connector from the wires, I used a flat jewelry screwdriver to unlock the pins and swap them out to get a working lighting unit. I reattached them with hot glue. Next, I made my own adjustments, using a home-made mechanical method to center the lamp assemblies along the contour of the fenders/bumper/grille, park next to the garage door, and mark the centers of the protruding bars. with tape, then secure 25ft. (should be). I've found that I have to adjust a bit to get the UP bars in the correct position (slightly below/to the right of the center bar labels) and they create a strange and very noticeable pattern in the viewpath. to this normal position will limit your visibility at a distance. There may be a very different method for projector beams, but I made an additional adjustment when I was able to stop, open the hood, and use a 5/16" screwdriver until I found acceptable beams. I'm still not 100% happy with the setting. . but i will fix it soon. I also found it helpful to drill out the plastic above the top adjustment screw to make it easier for me to adjust the light and properly install it in the lamp mount. This body uses has its own turn signal/parking light and contains H11B (I think maybe H13B) and H7 (I think) bulbs inside. If you need something else like HID, you need to plug in a new upgrade header. I still need to wire the LEDs, but I haven't had time to run new wires to them; I guess you could unplug the existing parking light wiring, but I don't like messing with the factory harness wiring without putting the pigtail through a - you're asking why I have to go through so much trouble forcing a faulty assembly into a slave of the The back? electronics and has become second nature to me. Most would prefer not to face such difficulties, so I'd say the general consensus is not to recommend this build. I hope this has helped someone with these issues or decided to return it. Good luck anyway!
