I don't usually have time to write reviews but for this product I felt I had to. I bought this on purpose to loosen up some of the muscle knots in my back and legs. I tried everything I could think of. Cryotherapy, one of those electrical nerve stimulators, deep tissue massage, and even a visit to chiropractic for some relief. I even bought a massage chair for 8k which is said to do MIRACLES in every area of your body, from head to toe! My mom now uses this 8k massage chair to relax. Sigh. I finally found this magic striking device. This machine is noisy but the good thing is I only use it for 3-5 minutes per area as recommended so it's not too bad. If you exercise, even if you don't, you may have a mass where you need to use this at the highest settings. It is enough to use the device in this setting with a conical tip with minimal pressure. Just so you know, the battery lasts less than 25 minutes at this level. BUT, it has two batteries, so it's not a problem unless those 25 minutes soon turn into 50. I was hoping this model would have a fast top connection because whatever area you work on, you'll be of want to change from a cone to a small sphere. After I bought mine I saw a review here that said there was a fast connection. It's just that it's much quieter in the updated X300.PLUS version! I'm already considering giving my X100 to my boyfriend and getting the X300. As a result, I will never be without one of these devices in my house ever again! Full recommendation!
