Quick response and good troubleshooting experience

It's easy for employees that live outside of work hours or have limited access, such as home office staff/remote workers etc., it allows them an avenue through their computer (or phone) when they need help during working days without having direct contact with someone else at your business / service provider who may not know what you're looking up until after trying several times themselves! For those living away there are no queues waiting - simply go straight into our chat box where we will answer any questions within seconds so don't worry about missing out if this isn’t something important but do try some timeouts first before pressing little green :) We've had very few issues since implementing LGB over 6 months now; however one issue has been resolved by contacting customer support directly rather than via email address provided online under FAQs section & asking again here instead because I didn think my question.
