I buy headphones for 30 to 50 dollars once a year. I know they have a limited life cycle and I don't expect high quality Bose headsets. But that is far from what is being described. I'm not sure where good reviews come from. They come with 3 interchangeable ear tips that adjust to your ear. None of them have a hard landing. I don't have big ears. I usually use medium sizes with other kits. The sound quality is below average at best. You may hear a crackling noise. Tried different styles of music from rock, hip hop, dance, even an audio book. The sound is just terrible. The buttons on the side are too sensitive but struggle to answer calls, activate Siri, or adjust the volume. Most of the time he just turns off the headphones. Finally, the description says the microphone is noise-cancelling. I received several calls and the recipients told me to call back or take off the headset because the background noise was too loud. This was one of the most frustrating results considering I'm on the phone for most of the day for work. I thought maybe they meant it was a noise. but that's not true either. For anyone who cares, the case is pretty big. I haven't had it long enough to test battery life. The only plus that I can think of is the USB output for additional charging and the LED display, which is very practical. However, this does not change the rules of the game. I really wish they were top notch based on all the reviews but they are not. There are many other options for the same price.
