Because of its extensive inventory, the FORIOUS internet store caught my eye as a potential destination for my frequent online purchases of home repair supplies. However, I was quite dissatisfied and annoyed by their customer service. First of all, I had trouble navigating their website, and it took me longer than necessary to locate the precise item I was seeking. I tried to get in touch with their customer service department, but I only got unhelpful and rude responses. They were obviously not interested in helping me out with my problem and were trying to ignore me. The fact that the item I received was flawed and that returning it and receiving a refund was such a hassle didn't help matters either. It was obvious that FORIOUS did not care about me or my business. My overall impression of the FORIOUS web store is negative. They offer a lot of stuff, but their service is terrible and they don't care about their customers' time or requirements, therefore I wouldn't recommend them for home renovation. If you're considering doing business with them, please exercise caution.
