Update: I called the supplier hotline to complain of grinding noise due to a common blade bend or misalignment. They immediately sent me a replacement blade with a motor. The new one is perfect! The new blades are all the same length and run straight. Due to its different length, it wobbles and scratches. With the new unit, it runs much more quietly and with less vibration noise. I changed my rating from 3 stars to 4. 1st post. As with many, the fan blade scratched the case. It makes a grinding or grinding noise. I opened it up and found the blade rubbing against the scabbard/body. Workaround for noise. Unscrew the blade cover. Add a few spacers to increase the spacing. We shouldn't be doing this at all. Low quality check. It has about 100 blades but they are slightly different lengths which makes it wobble.
