Review on Seiko Grayson Mantel Clock: Timeless Elegance for Your Home Décor by Sean Andrews

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Big, heavy and beautiful Seiko watch

This watch has a nice wooden case and a large dial that is easy to read from a distance. For the month I've had it, it keeps time perfectly, and the chimes, both Westminster and Whittington, also sound flawless, virtually identical to a Seiko school wall clock I bought a few years ago. I agree with other reviewers who suggest the clock setting and volume controls within the clock could be controlled more easily. How about little handles instead of tiny wheels, Seiko? However, you're unlikely to need to access it often - only twice a year for daylight savings time or to change the battery. To change the melody selection, just move the slider. It looks great on the glass table in my living room (I don't have a mantel).
