Like Tina I think this is the best, better than everyone else. I got tired of using my old Shock Doctor mouthguard and decided it was time to change it and damn I'm glad I chose Oral Mart. I followed the instructions on the back and had no trouble molding/installing them. I've fought x rounds and found it to be the most comfortable mouthguard I've ever used, a far cry from the cumbersome piece of plastic that my old Shock Doctor was. To be clear, I only use it for boxing/kickboxing/muay thai and no mouthguard in the world will help you keep your teeth and face beautiful if you don't move your head.
