He has a REALLY thin nose shaper. There's a wire, but it doesn't hold up well on the nose. If you are looking for an anti-MCS mask, this is not for you. But very pretty and well made. The fabric is soft. Can be washed in a washing machine. When the elastic wears out you will have to cut it off to sew on a new one as there is no tube to thread the new elastic through. They buy art and basically follow local rules about wearing masks
