Updated: 12-1-17 I am updating my review on this product because of the excellent customer service I have received. Not only have they contacted me to replace my original headphones, they have refunded me for a pair I bought a few months ago. They were just helpful and quick. This is the second pair (and last) I've bought for my son. I like that they limit the volume. I don't like that they don't last long. I bought the first pair a little over a year ago and they ran out in about 10 months. I have a 12 year old boy so I figured he was just being cruel to them. The second couple took a long drive from Florida to Tennessee yesterday. They were only 2 months old. He kept them in a suitcase when not in use. Did not help. They were just outside Revane's return window. I will contact the manufacturer to see if I can get a replacement.
