Updated 11/11/17: This company's customer service is top notch. THEY contacted me when they saw my original post about the product not working after 2 months. We got a new pair of LilGadgets and my daughter is thrilled to have her "most favorite" headphones back. She loves how comfortable they are and how clear the sound is.
