First, I like that they have a guarantee, so I'll start with the positive! They have extra buds so you can swap them out for your little one; and we should have. My daughter used the next larger than the original size and they fit perfectly! I liked the case and the sound is better than I expected. The reason for the 3 stars is because the sound is great for my teenager and us, yes. but too loud for my 7 year old. When she starts speaking out loud, I realize the volume is too high and I have to persuade her to turn it down. I'll keep them to myself because she rarely uses them. I just have to keep telling her to refuse. I used to buy another brand but I can't find it.
