Economy glove with a pocket for a hand warmer
I've had these gloves for more than a season. They're just a little bulky so I'd scale them down if you don't like bulk. Mass adds heat. They are also very durable and have a pocket for a hand warmer on cold days. I've skied, shoveled snow, built snowmen and just kept warm in these gloves and they're fine.
