This orthosis works great. I use it for taekwondo legs as the bows need some extra support. This orthosis offers good support without restricting freedom of movement. Another plus (for me) is the total lack of metal inserts. I don't have to worry about hurting someone while sparring. A notable improvement over my last braces is the sewing of the laces to the tongue. My last braces were a pain as the tip had to be constantly re-centered. No need with that.
