My 3 year old daughter HAD to be Elsa for Halloween and she wanted her 20 month old sister to be Anna. She also insisted that "Elsa's hair" matched her costume. I was worried it would be too big as it wasn't labeled for toddlers but I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. It suits her perfectly. It's not a high quality wig that will last through years of dressing up or the like, but it will make a great addition to your child's Elsa costume when they dress up for Halloween. However, I will say that if you are buying this for an older child you probably will not be happy with the fit as my 3 year old daughter is very petite and petite and it fits her perfectly.
