Some vehicles are not set at the factory to auto start in the computer.

Tech support should have known prior to purchase that remote start would need to be included in the vehicle's menu, or that the dealer would have to flash the computer before remote start would work. Those were extra costs.

Adding more options may require additional cable connections. A person with a basic knowledge of automotive electronics can successfully install this product.
