I am so upset with the bubble in this packaging. I use a backpack for long hikes. The bag itself is nice and roomy, but I couldn't use my bladder at all because not only was it leaking, it was oozing out from under the clasp and was completely useless, and I had to carry a water bottle with me. NOT the essence of camelback. I've already used the bag because I didn't have a backup, but as soon as I get back from the trip everything is back. I've been using camelback products for YEARS! I am very disappointed in the lack of quality here.
