The product is fine - sets and kits

I bought this on the recommendation of a friend. I feel like it does what it promises, but only for a short time. When I apply it in the morning, by the afternoon I feel like my hair isn't as smooth and fluid as when I first applied it. It may also have something to do with weather/climate. Not sure but that is my experience with this product living in Southern California.
