Easy assembly. I have problems with vacuum cleaners: either the belts are broken, or the suction power is just not enough to pick up anything. I chose this one because of the metal parts and hope the old fashioned design will last long enough that I won't have any issues with it. Sucking is SUPER! I have carpet all over my house, including one of my bathrooms. The belt hasn't broken yet, which is great because the moment I turned on my last vacuum, the belt broke. Another plus is that the roller is easy to clean. I have two teenage girls with long hair just like me so you can only imagine how many hairs I have to remove from the roller and clean the roller every time I vacuum the room. The only problem I had was that the top plastic cord holder was broken. So I have to find a replacement because it also keeps the bag upright.
