Received quickly via USPS in excellent condition. The chairs fold out rigidly and fold right out of the box, but I don't mind - the metal folding hardware (and the chairs) stay taut longer. The folding and unfolding instructions are very simple, but if you pay attention to the arrows that indicate the push/pull direction and use common sense, there are other ways to open these chairs than the ones shown in the pictures that do not require a young person to attend. Force. Overall, these chairs offer excellent value for money. The fit and finish is very good. The finish of each of the six chairs we ordered is very consistent, individually and together. The upholstery is well made. Overall excellent design and production. I would buy them again if I needed more folding chairs.
