I also suspect that the material of the bomb itself accounts for most of the cost, and a plastic toy costs pennies, so it would be wise to let the toy take up more space in the bomb and make it cheaper overall The cost is up dropped a $1 bomb and I had used this in every bath for my baby. Also, kids use a lot less water than adults, so I feel like the amount of 'stuff' that ended up in the bath water was too concentrated. all things that could be solved by adding a toy about 2-3 times bigger. My kid also enjoys playing with the Bubblegum Sticky Egg while it dissolves. The cards are nicely laminated so a little splash of water won't ruin them. I even dropped one in the bath for a second and it was fine, although I imagine prolonged water immersion will ruin them.
