Overall the pens are cute, the packaging is nice, the only two downsides are some balls on the pens don't roll smoothly, you have to run the ball and sometimes it gets stuck so you have to do it again. Second, the ink runs out fairly quickly, I was hoping the cartridge wouldn't run out that quickly, but there are 1 refill cartridges for each color. I got what I paid for, the price is not expensive, I think it should be a little lower, but that's ok. Keep in mind that if I want to do something professionally and take up a lot of my time, I would buy a different brand. They justify their prices which is why I give them 4 stars.
