We ordered these speakers for our office, so we ordered 6 pieces in total. We chose them over Sonos because we've read that the sound quality is better. I've read reviews that some of them have failed but figured we could work with their support team if that happens. Of course, two of them failed within 2 months. The reason they fail is because when turned on they stop playing music and randomly turn off after 30 minutes. We contacted their support team and sent them back. It took them several weeks to "verify" the speakers weren't working by reproducing the error, which seemed like a long time considering all they had to do was plug them in. They then sent us 2 replacement speakers. Unfortunately, one of the two speakers that was replaced stopped working within 2 weeks. I contacted them about a faulty speaker and they ignored my email. We now have 5 working speakers, although we bought 6 speakers and also had to deal with the headache of dealing with their customer support. Aside from the 50 per cent lemon rate, the software on these speakers is clunky at best. Everyone calls them "dumb speakers" because it takes a lot of effort to get them to work every time we want to use them. If we could do it all over again, we'd just go with Sonos.
