useless, no instructions how to connect and too complicated.

is worthless. I have no idea if it works or not because there are no instructions for this model in the kit. Just some general useless instructions for every other model they make. Tech support is useless too. They responded to an email inquiry without answering my question. Very angry. I went online except I don't have an electrical engineering degree and I'm not a professional installer so they are unclear and not on how to wire this to my subwoofer output on my amp.
