When I first received this blanket, I was so excited because the color, weight and softness were just what I was hoping! However, after washing it for the first time in cold water (on a gentle cycle with gentle laundry soap), the teal color bled making the blanket become a fully teal blanket with a darker teal chevron pattern. You would never be able to tell it was supposed to have a cream base. I was bummed because I really loved the look of its original teal/cream chevron pattern. Additionally, they are three spot in the blanket where the threads have pulled and gathered into small knots. Both of these things are not deal breakers, but rather disappointments that the product was 100% quality. In the end, I am not returning it because the hassle doesn't outweigh the disappointment. It's still a good weight and "pretty" even though wasn't what I originally expected.
