Review on Alcami Interactive by Raymond Gray

Easy interface makes it very user friendly for interviews, great reporting features like summary reports are available after each interview too! Lack of customization options would be one downside I personally faced during my work with alcami interpritive but as said above its just software issue which can easily resolved once identified by support team.
