To be honest. This was my second choice for wireless chargers. I tried to order Anker, but I'm having trouble with my order. This was a Christmas present for the wife as she received 12 minis. The reason this charger was my second choice was because I was concerned that the 12 Mini (due to its size) would prevent the cameras from putting a phone on this charger. I also read a few reviews about it and confirmed my concerns. Fast forward, it's Christmas, wrapping paper is filling the living room and I'm going to try out her phone charger now that we're past the Christmas buzz. It wasn't as bad as I thought. Yes, the camera touches the charging pad, but the magnets on the charger still align the phone nicely. As mentioned in other reviews, this really isn't a "MagSafe" charger (which I was already expecting). Magnets are therefore not strong MagSafe. I really wish the magnets would help align her phone when she needs to charge it. She recently received a peel case for her phone and the magnets are still strong enough to align the phone. And as it turns out, her phone fits better as the camera doesn't make it sit unevenly. If you've never owned or heard of peel cases, they're notoriously flimsy. So if you have purchased this charger and are planning to buy a case for your phone, please note that not all cases are created equal. I connected this charger to an Anker 30w power bank and it works great. So make sure you buy the right power adapter.
