Great customer service

Installing new cartridges initially did not solve the black ink problem. I mistakenly thought I had received a bad cartridge and contacted the seller who promptly sent a replacement. The exchange was even worse. I learned how to remove the printhead and do a deep cleaning. This fixed the problem and now printing with the original cartridge is fine! I'm embarrassed but must acknowledge and thank the seller who provided timely communication throughout the process even though his product was not a problem. Excellent quality and value with outstanding service. Thanks seller.
