It says 'two packs' but doesn't specifically say there are two different styles of tights in two packs. One of the tights is warm and thick for winter, the other is thin. I was disappointed as I thought they would both be winter appropriate. Size 3-5 is a joke unless your 4 year old is a 7 year old size. My daughter will be 5 in February and is almost 40cm tall. It is consistently in the 50% growth percentile. These tights are at least 4-5 inches too long for her.
